PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

PAYMENT POLICY

Payment is due upon completion of each vision session and can be made through Zelle, Venmo, personal check, or cash.

Through a Child’s Eyes will not submit billing invoices or participate with private insurance companies or Medicaid. Sessions for vision services are not considered medical therefore no insurance company will reimburse for the sessions.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

I require a 24-hour notice or more to avoid a cancellation charge.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may result in a $40 fee that must be collected before the next session.

A “No Show” will require a $40.00 deposit made 24 hours in advance for any additional visits.

Emergencies happen, and will be considered accordingly, but when there is a cancellation made less than 24 hours, the space cannot be filled, therefore I lose 100% of my fee.

I serve families in Lakewood Ranch, and parts of Manatee and Sarasota Counties. For Vision sessions that are outside of the areas I service, an additional fee will be added on for an in person session to cover additional travel expenses. To avoid any additional fees, an office based visit or a virtual meeting are options.
